By accessing and using VahanLoad ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
VahanLoad is a digital freight marketplace connecting companies/shippers with transporters/fleet owners and drivers for freight transportation services in India.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. KYC verification is required for companies and transporters before using marketplace features.
Loads once assigned cannot be bid on by other transporters unless reopened by the company. Vehicles marked as booked/in-transit cannot be assigned to new loads. Bids once accepted create binding booking commitments.
All payments are processed through the Platform. A commission of 5% (or as agreed) is charged on successful trip completion. Payment terms may vary based on the agreement between parties.
Cancellations before vehicle dispatch: No charge. Cancellations after dispatch may attract charges as per the cancellation policy. Disputes are handled through the Platform's dispute resolution mechanism.
VahanLoad acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or quality of services provided by transporters or drivers. Users engage at their own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
