Delete Your Account

This page lets you permanently delete your VahanLoad account and the personal data we hold about you, from any browser. You can do the same from inside the mobile app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.

What gets deleted
  • Your name, email address, phone number and login credentials
  • Profile and business details (company / transporter / driver)
  • KYC documents, uploaded files and profile photo
  • Notifications, chat memberships and messages you sent
  • Reviews you wrote and your activity/audit history
  • All active sessions, so you are signed out everywhere
What we keep

Loads, bids, bookings, trips, invoices and payment records are retained in anonymised form where we have a legal or accounting obligation to do so. They can no longer be linked back to you.
