Companies can pay via bank transfer, UPI, or online. Payments are processed securely through integrated payment gateways. Transporters receive payment after trip completion and POD verification.
Drivers can share their live location via the mobile app or web. Companies can track shipments in real-time with ETA, route map, and location history.
Raise a dispute from your booking or trip. Both parties can submit evidence. Our admin team investigates and resolves disputes within 15 business days.
